Steve Lim’s journey in baseball began not with a title, but with a father’s promise—to protect his son’s love for the game.

A University of Texas and University of Houston alumnus, Steve’s foundation was built on discipline, leadership, and service. A multi-sport athlete and varsity linebacker at Stratford High School, he learned the value of great coaching and strong culture—principles that later shaped Bull Sharks Baseball, the program he co-founded with other fathers who shared his vision for development over trophies.

What began as one team quickly grew into ten, built on standards, accountability, and a genuine love for the game. That growth aligned perfectly with USA Prime Southeast’s values of character, discipline, and development, leading to the formation of USA Prime HTX and North Houston.

Today, Steve leads one of USA Prime’s fastest-growing regions—24 teams strong and expanding—with a mission to invest in facilities, coaching, and long-term player growth.

Steve and his wife, Lisa, a respected community leader and founder of NCL Bellaire, share a passion for family, service, and sports. They’re proud parents of three children—Seth (16), Rylan (15), and Karis (13)—who each embody the same values that drive USA Prime’s success: integrity, heart, and relentless effort.
